Wednesday, July 16, we ventured to Dr. O'Neil's office for Jimmy's four month check up. We knew this visit would include a round of shots again, so I worried how the much more active little guy would react this time around.
We found out that Jimmy is 17 lbs 8.2 ounces and 26.5 inches long, putting him in the 95th percentile in both of those areas. His head, which seems huge to us, is measuring in the 50th percentile and the doctor thinks Jimmy will be tall like his daddy. We are also officially on solid foods twice a day, carrots or the like for lunch and rice cereal before bed.
Jimmy can grab for toys, is teething like crazy, can sit up for short periods of time alone and loves to play in his exersaucer. He is napping like a champ and sleeps for at least 10 hours at night. Overall, everything is good!
